We can typically close on your property in 14-30 days. It depends on how quickly the title company or attorney can finish the paperwork and title report.

We only close with reputable, local title companies or attorneys. They will confirm everything is in order prior to closing the sale of your property. We are experienced, professional, and will make the process as easy as possible for you.

Do I need to do any work or clean up the property?

We'll buy the property as-is. You do not need to clean it up, make any improvements, or pay for any studies or tests. 

How much can you pay for my land? 

Every property is different. After you reach out to us, we extensively research your property and the local market to determine how much we can pay you. We would like to pay you as much as possible. But, we are a small business and we have to be careful that we will not lose money on the investment. If you want top market value, you may be better off hiring a local real estate agent with specialized experience. Keep in mind you may need to spend time and money to get it ready to sell. Waiting for the right buyer can take a while. 

What's the next step to sell my land?

We'll send you the purchase agreement, then send it to a local, reputable title company or attorney. 2-4 weeks later, you'll get a paid by the title company or attorney.

Is it okay if there is a house on the property?

We do not buy houses. But, if you have a lot of extra land, we can actually buy a portion of a property. You can keep your house and sell the extra land. We do this by paying for a survey and working with the local county to split up the property in a way that works for you. 

There are some issues with the property, is that okay? 

We can handle most issues such as back taxes, liens, mortgages, title issues, easements, trash/junk clearing, overgrown bushes/foliage. We pay for all of the expensive clean up, soil tests, environmental studies, surveys, closing costs, etc. 

I have multiple properties I want to sell, are you interested?

Absolutely! Just tell us the County, State, and Parcel Numbers for each property and we can give you an offer for multiple properties.
